Tripp Butler / CEO, Owner
Georgia native and University of Alabama graduate Tripp Butler joined Southbridge
Realty as Chief Operations Officer in the winter of 2007 and in September of 2008
became CEO and owner. Tripp is actively involved in commercial real estate with
partners in Atlanta, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina. Tripp started his career
in commercial real estate in Atlanta before moving to Charleston in the early 90's
as a sales executive with Wild Dunes Real Estate, and after a few years took over
as broker, then partner and finally CEO with full responsibility for P&L performance,
goal setting, overall operations, marketing and sales management, then managing
a staff of 20. While working on real estate development projects in conjunction
with Wild Dunes Development Company, Tripp held responsibility for sales, marketing
and infrastructure matters resulting in a rejuvenated residential development firm
which in 2005 was sold to Lowe Enterprises (the country's 5th largest independent
management company) after having increased annual sales by over $70 million.
From 2006 to 2007 Tripp was Vice President of Genesis Designer Homes after being
recommended for the position by the two companies mutual CPA. Tripp developed and
supervised the sales team and large support staff, building them to achieve 100%
of an aggressive 2006 revenue goal, while competitors were losing market share in
a slowing sector.
Tripp holds a brokers license in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. He
also holds a residential builders license in South Carolina. Tripp, along with his
wife, son, and daughter are active members of Savannah Christian Church, and active
sports enthusiast. He is a member of the Savannah Historical Society, Small Business
Chamber of Savannah, served on The Living Vine board from 2008-2010, and his company
is a member of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer Scroggs / Sales Executive

Lara Byrnside recently joined Southbridge Realty as a sales executive. Lara has
been part of the Southbridge Sales Team for the last year, working as a licensed
assistant and previously spent 3 years working with the Southbridge Homeowners Association.
Prior to relocating to Savannah in 2001, Lara worked as an Executive Assistant at
the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine where she was relentless in her efforts
in fundraising for a Heart & Lung Institute and the implementation of new clinics
and community health awareness programs. Lara received her business education from
the Boone Career & Technical Institute and WV State College. She brings to Southbridge
Realty over 15 years of professional business experience and client dedication.
Originally from West Virginia, Lara moved to Savannah from Las Vegas, with her husband,

Sandi is no stranger to the real estate profession, starting her real estate career
with ERA Kelly & Fischer, and having worked with the Kim Murphy Team of ReMax Savannah.

Kim brings to the office 17 years of experience in real estate. Kim was formerly
with ReMax Savannah. While working with ReMax Savannah, Kim received many prestigious

Kim and her husband Jerry have been married for 24 years and have been residents

Fontayne Erickson / Sales Executive
Fontayne brings 5 years of real estate experience with her as she returns to Southbridge
where she was previously a licensed assistant. She has been working at Keller Williams
Realty Downtown for the past year and jumped at the chance to return to Southbridge

Janet Adams / Sales Executive
Janet Adams has joined the sales team of Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Kennesaw State College with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Management. Janet married into a construction business family and has built and sold many new homes. She started her career in real estate in 2005, and worked with Keller Williams Realty in the past. Her last project was a Townhome Neighborhood in the Henderson Community. She and her husband, Steve, have been married 29 years and have 3 daughters. She enjoys being involved as both Volleyball and Soccer Mom for her youngest daughter’s high school teams. Previously, her extra time was spent playing team tennis and doing volunteer work for the Junior League of Savannah.
Prior to selling real estate, Janet worked at The Marshes of Skidaway Island as the Marketing Outreach Coordinator. Her job included both marketing and sales of this Retirement Community.

Nancy Drummond / Sales Executive
Nancy Drummond is excited about joining Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty. Having
called Savannah home for 14 years and owning and selling homes in Southbridge, on
Wilmington Island and Tybee Island, Nancy is excited about the opportunities provided
by Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty’s expansion into the entire Savannah metro
area. Nancy began her real estate career with ERA Kelly & Fisher in 2006, marketing
single family homes as well as working as an on-site agent at a Whitemarsh Island
condominium complex.
Nancy grew up in Canfield, Ohio, the daughter of a custom home builder and real
estate developer and learned much about what goes into building a quality home as
she tagged along with her father at many of his job sites. As a real estate agent,
Nancy likes to call on this experience when helping clients find a quality home
they will love. In addition to this experience, Nancy and her husband of 21 years,
operate a real estate title research company, which they started when they moved
to Savannah in 1996. Nancy began this venture after working for a real estate attorney
in Charlotte, NC, and with this experience can help guide buyers and sellers through
the closing process.
Nancy and her husband, Jeff, have 3 wonderful daughters. The oldest is heading into
her junior year at Georgia College & State University and the younger two attend
Savannah Christian Preparatory School. Nancy and her family are members of St. Anne’s
Catholic Church in Richmond Hill. “Our children have always been active in sports,
dance, and school activities, and we love being there to support them”, says Nancy.

Debbie Michalowski / Sales Executive
Debbie Michalowski has joined Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty after five years
as a Realtor® in Savannah. Previously with Century 21 Fox Properties, she has earned
the GRI designation and the DPP (Distressed Properties Professional) designation.
She is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors®, the Georgia Board of Realtors®,
and the National Association of Realtors®.
Debbie began her real estate career in lending in Houston, Texas. She continued
her career in Southern California where she was a mortgage loan underwriter before
settling into management of the real estate lending department of a large credit
union. Subsequently, she managed the real estate lending, consumer lending, and
collections departments of a smaller credit union in Northern California.
Moving to Savannah in 1999, to be near family and raise her son in a wholesome environment,
she purchased a home in Southbridge where she continues to live with her teenage
son. The friendly and professional staff at Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty
made the long distance transaction an easy one. She continued to enjoy a good relationship
with the staff who also became her neighbors.

Meredith Smoak / Sales Executive
Meredith Smoak is a lifelong Savannah resident and a very enthusiastic addition to Southbridge
